DHA Islamabad announced important instructions for DHA Valley Membership Fee and File Opening procedures.

Membership Fee and procedures for DHA Valley Islamabad

• It is compulsory for all Allotee to get membership for a Plot
• An Allotee can hold 3 plots maximum against 1 membership. Membership fee for first plot is Rs. 27,500 and Rs. 2,500 for next 2 plots.
• To facilitate members Membership fee can be paid in two easy installments:
  1. Rs. 12,500 1st installment
  2. Rs. 15,000 2nd installment
• Membership fee for 2nd and 3rd plot will be due on 1st installment date
• Provisional allotment letter will be issued after Six installments + Membership Fee

File Opening Fee and Procedures for DHA Valley Islamabad

• Members who want to sale their plot (s) can sale after clearing following dues:
  1. 1st installment of Plot
  2. 1st installment of membership fee
  3. File opening fee
• Members who do not want to sale their plot do not need to open File.
• For file opening, Allotee must be presented in DHA Office. To facilitate member various offices has been opened in different cities / countries
• For file opening Allotee has to submit following papers:
  1. File opening application (can be get from DHA office)
  2. Membership form with complete information

Payment Record for DHA Valley Islamabad

• File can be open for 3 month maximum time
• After 3 month re open can be apply by the File Holder
• Opening, Reopening and Verification fees are as under:
  1. 5 Marla Rs. 1,500
  2. 7 Marla Rs. 3,000
  3. Verification Fee Rs. 500
  4. To facilitate members All kinds of File Opening and Membership Forms can be downloaded from DHA Islamabad or DHA Valley Websites.

Important Notes for DHA Valley Islamabad:

• After file opening, Membership fee will be paid by the buyer (if any)
• Membership will be given to last File Holder after completion of Membership Fee
• Provisional allotment letter will be issued after Six installments + Membership Fee. After that normal transfer procedure will be adopted. Transfer will be made in DHA Office or selected offices.
• Any record mistake in intimation letter can be corrected or fill the membership form correctly to update the current information.
• All Overseas Members were successful in the Ballot, intimation letters will be received in few day at their address.
• DHA Islamabad Call Center will be open in few days. Announcement will be made in News Paper soon.
